Did we say relay?
Thats right. If you’re not quite bent enough to run 64km on your own then split it with your besties. Relays means that you can enjoy everything the island has to offer while sharing the fun with your running mates. Another bonus is that you won’t be totally shredded when you get to the lighthouse at the other end.
“A run begins the moment you forget you are running.”
Kids are welcome
We are 100% family friendly and plenty of kids run legs of this event. Be sure to have them chaperoned at all times. We take all care but accept no responsibility for the little munchkins.

You will run through some beautiful scenery

dennes point
The starting point of the event at the northern tip of Bruny Island. Where the D’Entrecastaeu channel meets the Derwent River.

storm bay
You wont see this because you’ll be too busy running. But rest assured you will run past it and if you were to see it, you would agree what a spectacular sight it is.

cloudy bay
Cloudy Bay is located inside a National Park at the Southern most point of Bruny. You’ll get a glimpse as you make the final ascent to the lighthouse.
